My experience with Indy's Finest Fence was absolutely terrific. I am a general contractor and have been building luxury custom homes for the past 32 years, and I have worked with many different fence companies, and this is by far my best experience. I reached out to four different fence companies to get quotes, and Indy's Finest responded the fastest, and with the best value for what I was looking for. The other companies took several days and even up to a week to respond to me. The immediate response and willingness to come out the next day to view the site was a fresh change of pace compared to the other companies. They gave me an install date, and they stuck to that date. The team that came and did the install was very courteous and professional. They communicated nicely and kept me in the loop as to what was taking place. Indy's finest fence has the best product, warranty and customer service hands down. I had issues with my fence, not due to their install but due to my builder's subcontractor hitting it with machinery. They came back and fixed the broken pieces quickly and seamlessly. I had a concern about my back gate being too easy to open. I have a 5 foot fence and two boxer dogs. In my subdivision the developer suddenly added a walking trail for people and dogs right behind my home. This caused me great concern. One of my dogs is very dog reactive and I was terrified that they would break through the gate.. Indy's finest fence resolved this problem by installing a 2nd lock on the fence a few feet down that is much stronger, ensuring no issues. My fence is solid, it is an aluminum rod iron look. I will have zero maintenance on it for as long as I own this house. I highly recommend this company. Not only was the service premium they also had the lowest price.

The men that installed our gate were kind and hard working. They remove a chain link fence and installed a new gate across our driveway. They were efficient and worked without breaks. Our Townhome HOA in downtown Indy is very pleased with the new 6 foot fence and gate installation by Indy Finest Fence. Rocky was very responsive during the bidding process, which was a long process due to many questions our HOA board had.

The installation supervisor, Jordon, was absolutely amazing. Jordan is an extremely hard worker and he practices great communication and great customer service. He takes great pride in his work and consistently strives to find the best and most effective solution, and to not settle for an easy inferior solution. Jordan also has the respect of his crew who model his excellent work ethic and professional interactions with customers. Jordan's crew worked very hard, and it was obvious they respected their leader Jordan. Like some jobs, our layout presented unique challenges and bumps along the way, to no fault of Indy Finest Fence. These challenges included some prior posts being very near sidewalks, and some prior post concrete blocks being more difficult than usual to get out of the ground. Our project also involved wire mesh installation on our gates to prevent reach around for exit-free gate locks, which added weight to the gates. Jordan iteratively solved each issue with an effective solution, which sometimes involved consulting with his boss, Rocky, who also helped to come up with effective solutions, given they both have many years experience with aluminum fence installation. Their combined experience really showed with their creative solutions and great quality work.

Our job was originally projected to take three days, but it took five full days due to addressing unique challenges (to no fault of Indy Finest Fence). Jordan and his crew worked hard to provide a high quality installation, at the original price, even though it took longer than usual. As a HOA board member, I worked from home those five days to oversee the project, ask questions, and inspect the quality, so I have very good knowledge about the installation and the great quality of their work.

Jordan was also very responsive by returning three times in the subsequent couple weeks to make minor adjustments to the gates. A subcontracting company, D&D, provided nice heavy duty exterior-rated gate hardware (locks and hinges). On a post-installation follow-up visit, the D&D owner responsively came over with Jordan to troubleshoot a minor and fixable lock issue. The D&D owner respectfully and clearly communicated useful information about the locks. I see why Indy Finest Fence and D&D do business together; birds of a "good customer service" feather flock together.

This type of responsive and professional customer service should be expected from a warranty but is not easy to find these days. Meghan was also responsive and polite from the Indy Finest Fence office regarding paperwork for bidding and invoicing. In summary, Indy Finest Fence did a great job with great quality and great customer service.

Not only was Indy's finest fence the most reasonably priced, I was sold by the responsiveness and quality of customer service throughout the process. Brook and Nevin were timely and extremely competent through my estimate process and navigated some initial town permit issues extremely professionally and efficiently. Chris and the rest of my install team were knowledgeable, efficient, and the finished product is functional and beautiful.
